General Notes:

  1. All items required for submittal of concept plan shall be a part of the application for approval of the PD Planned Development District.
  2. Plans submitted in support of an application shall be submitted in five sets of a scale large enough to illustrate the project successfully, most typically in a scale ranging from 1 inch to 20 feet to 1 inch to 100 feet. Has to be to scale on a maximum 24x36 sheet. In addition, one reduced set in 8.5 inch to 11 inch format and on electronic copy on CD shall also be submitted.
